Consent Agreement

I hereby agree for MaxWell Biosystems AG (hereafter “MxW”) to use the contact information I have provided (address, email address, telephone number, fax number), to send me news and information about MxW products, events, announcements, application notes, and other updates.

I also agree for MxW to personalize these emails on the basis of my interests. For this purpose, MxW may use the following information, that are already saved on MxW’s customer relationship management system, as a result of a previous contact or a visit at a MxW booth during conferences, for example:

• Personal contact data (such as name, title, company/university/institute, role/function, country, telephone number)
• Information about the company/university/institute I work for (such as address, industry and possibly other publically accessibly information)
• MxW products that I have shown interest in
• Current research interests/topics that I have provided

I have the right to object to my data being used for this purpose, even partially, by sending an email to info@mxwbio.com. I can also stop the delivery of further email by clicking on the unsubscribe link. No further notifications will be sent thereafter. Profile data will be deleted insofar as they are not needed for other purposes, or required to be kept to fulfill legal requirements.

I understand that MxW uses MailChimp as their marketing automation platform. I acknowledge that the information I provided will be transferred to MailChimp for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy and Terms.
