Abstract Submission
Overview:
At the MxW Symposium, we are excited to offer all attendees the opportunity to present their work. During the symposium, there will be a poster session as part of our program. We encourage all interested attendees to showcase their research and submit an abstract.
Abstract Submission Deadline:
- Poster session – September 17
Poster Presentation guidelines:
- The organizers recommend that posters be printed in A0 portrait format, although other portrait formats are also acceptable
- Abstracts must be submitted in English and should not exceed 2,500 characters, including references
- Figures, images or attachments are not permitted for abstract submission
- Only one abstract is allowed per presenting author
- Only registered participants of MxW Symposium 2024 are allowed to submit an abstract
Organization:
Please bring your poster with you so that the posters can be set up ahead of the poster session.
The poster session will take place on October 1st, and the time will be announced shortly along with the program.
