Travel Grant | MxW Summit 2023
Are you seeking support to attend the meeting and showcase your work during the poster presentation sessions?
MaxWell Biosystems is delighted to offer one travel grant to attend the MxW Summit 2023.
The MxW Summit 2023 organising committee will select one candidate and award the grant based on motivation to attend the summit and scientific quality of submitted abstract and candidate.
The grant covers full registration, transportation, and accommodation. Registration, including the conference dinner, will be directly taken care of by MaxWell Biosystems. Transportation and accommodation should be booked by the awardee and will be reimbursed by MaxWell Biosystems up to a maximum of 2000 CHF.
The application deadline is Friday, 21 April, 2023. Find all the information below and apply!
Criteria:
To apply for the travel grant, applicants must:
Be an undergraduate student, masters student, PhD student or Postdoc
Submit a scientific abstract for poster presentation
Present a poster at the summit on the submitted and selected abstract
Send a CV, a motivational letter explaining why you are interested in attending the summit, and approval from a principle investigator or research advisor
What’s included?:
The travel grant covers the following:
MxW Summit 2023 Registration, including conference dinner
Reimbursement up to 2000 CHF for accommodation and transportation to and from Zurich (flights, train or other)

CV, including educational history, list of publications (if any) and contact information
Signed letter from principle investigator or research advisor confirming undergraduate, masters, PhD or Postdoc status
