By entering the MaxWell Biosystems AxonTracking Assay Competition you agree to the following terms:
- The AxonTracking Assay Competition runs from 27th September 2023 – 30th November 2023.
- Entries must be 18 years old on the date of entry.
- The closing date for entries for the competition is Thursday 30th November. This date is final. Any entries received after this date will not be accepted.
- Competition entries can be only be submitted via the info@mxwbio.com email address.
- Employees of MaxWell Biosystems as well as immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
- Criteria for entry: 1. Image of a tracked neuron using our AxonTracking Assay. 2. Short description of your experiment in 100 words or less. 3. Full Name 4. Institution 5. Entries that are incomplete will not be valid and deemed void.
- The prize: 1 x Winner: The winner will receive free registration to the 4th In-Vitro 2D & 3D Neuronal Networks Summit – MxW Summit 2024 in Switzerland and will be given a slot in the program to present a short talk.
- All entries together with the entrant’s details (name and institution) may be used in publicity campaigns (such as social media channels, websites and other marketing materials) after the competition has finalised.
- All personal information supplied will be used by MaxWell Biosystems in accordance with Data Protection Laws and Regulations for the purposes of this competition only.
- By participating in the Competition entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
- Winners will be contacted before 15th January 2024. If the winner cannot be reached within seven calendar days after having been informed that they have won, MaxWell Biosystems reserves the right to draw another winner.
- The winners will be announced on social media and website.
- The judging panel is responsible for the allocation of Prizes and the decision of the judges if final. No correspondence will be entered into regarding that decision.
