MxW User Testimonials
We believe the best way to showcase the potential of our products is to hear directly from our users. Read the testimonials below to see how our HD-MEA systems are driving research.
Dr. Maria Sundberg
Sahin Lab, Boston Children’s Hospital/Harvard Medical School, USA
“With MaxLab Live Software we analyze the neuronal network firing rates, network bursting phenotypes, and perform axon tracking for analyses of the neuronal branches and their functionality at single cell level.”
Danny McSweeney
Pak Lab, University of Massachusetts Amherst, USA
“The built-in analysis module was the best part of the MaxLab Live Software. The ability to easily analyze data with the MaxLab Live Software was wonderful, with suggested defaults, multiple export runs in single files and further data wrangling and graphing.”

New Application Note with NeuCyte
Long-term functional characterization of SynFire® iNs and astrocytes co-cultured on MaxTwo multi-well high-density microelectrode arrays
The application note is a collaboration between NeuCyte and MaxWell Biosystems highlighting the findings from SynFire iNs cultured on MaxTwo 6-Well Plates across multiple recording over time.
Together, the assessment of SynFire iNs on the MaxTwo Multi-Well HD-MEA System is shown to be a valuable assay for phenotypic screening, disease modeling and drug discovery.
