Travel Grant for SfN 2025
Are you a young researcher sharing your work with the scientific community at the SfN 2025? At MaxWell Biosystems, we would love to support you. Apply now for a chance to get up to 2'000 CHF of your transportation and accommodation costs reimbursed; plus, showcase your findings to our user community!
Our organizing committee will chose the award recipient based on scientific quality of the submitted abstract and motivation to attend the SfN 2025. The application deadline is October 17th, 2025. Find all the information below and apply now!
Requirements
- Being enrolled in a bachelor, masters or a PhD program or being a postdoctoral researcher who completed a PhD in the past two years.
- Submitting a scientific abstract.
- Sending a CV, motivational letter explaining why you are interested in attending the SfN 2025, and a form of approval from a principle investigator or research advisor
- Being a user of the MaxWell Biosystems' Technology.
Grant Benefits & Coverage
- Reimbursement up to 2'000 CHF for accommodation and travel to and from San Diego (hotel, flights, train…).

- Motivation letter
- Scientific abstract (maximum 2,500 characters)
- Curriculum Vitae (CV), including educational history, list of publications (if any), contact information
- Signed letter from your PI or research advisor confirming your current status as an undergraduate, Master’s, PhD, or Postdoctoral researcher
