Details

  • 55 new metrics with key-metric highlights: Two new analyses and 55 new metrics. Each analysis now shows a selected set of key metrics that capture the most relevant parts of the data.
  • Burst Detection v2.0: The ISI-N detector now sets N automatically, so the only parameter left is the Start-Stop Threshold. Ten new burst shape metrics, including Full Width at Half Maximum, describe each burst in detail.
  • New Network Activity Dynamics analysis: 23 well-level metrics describe how network activity changes over time. They include Population Synchronicity, which measures synchrony without relying on burst detection.
  • New Cardiac Analysis (licensed): Full read-outs for cardiomyocyte recordings, covering beat rhythm, propagation and field potential.
  • Customizable Metrics Exporter: Choose which metrics to export and in which format, use presets (Default, Full, Longitudinal Analysis), and group assays by experimental day. Export files are restructured and include a metadata worksheet.
  • 24-Well Plate⁺ support: Parallel readout and electrical stimulation. While streaming, the Raster view keeps live spike data for every well, so you can switch between wells.
  • Self-service trial licenses: Request trial licenses directly in the software through a link or QR code.
  • Improvements across modules: Analysis algorithms now have version numbers, and parameters are locked once an analysis has run. Stimulation Analysis now excludes spikes on stimulation electrodes. The interface warns when the disk is nearly full, and there are many other fixes.
