This protocol describes the plate preparation and co-culture of ioMotor Neurons (cat. no. io1027) and rat astrocytes for analysis using the MaxTwoHigh-Density Microelectrode Array (HD-MEA) System(MaxWell BiosystemsAG). Optimisation was performed on MaxTwo 6-Well Plate.The protocol is also applicable to any of the ioMotor Neurons ioDisease model cells.
