Poster Presentations | MxW Summit 2023
Overview:
At the MxW Summit, we are excited to offer attendees the opportunity to present their work. During the summit, there will be poster sessions, and we will select up to five abstracts to present a short talk as part of our program. We encourage all interested attendees to showcase their research and submit an abstract. Abstract submission is now closed.
Poster Presentation guidelines:
- The organizers recommend that posters be printed in A0 portrait format, although other portrait formats are also acceptable
- Abstracts must be submitted in English and should not exceed 2,500 characters, including references
- Figures, images or attachments are not permitted for abstract submission
- Only one abstract is allowed per presenting author
- Only registered participants of MxW Summit 2023 are allowed to submit an abstract
Poster Numbers:
The summit will feature two poster sessions, with all posters presented at both. Poster numbers will be assigned during registration on Monday 15 May
Organisation:
Please bring your poster with you on the first day of the summit (Monday 15 May) so that the posters can be set up ahead of the poster sessions.
Poster Session 1:
- Date: Tuesday 16 May
- Time: After Lunch
- Duration: 1 Hour
- Allocation: First 30 minutes – odd numbers presenting, Second 30 minutes – even numbers presenting
Poster Session 2:
- Date: Wednesday 17 May
- Time: After Coffee Break
- Duration: 1 Hour
- Allocation: First 30 minutes – even numbers presenting, Second 30 minutes – odd numbers presenting
